Terms and Conditions

DELIVERY

  • You must live within 20 kilometres of our shop in Vale Park, South Australia to be eligible for delivery.
  • If you will not be home, please make an alternative arrangement or leave specific delivery instructions when placing the order.
  • Ownership of the products will transfer to you once The Caterers have delivered the Take Home Meals as per your delivery instructions.
  • The Products will be at your risk from the time of delivery to the Delivery Address or in accordance with your delivery instructions.
  • If any Product Ordered by You is not in stock at the time of delivery to You, The Caterers will contact You to make alternate arrangements (suitable to You) or refund You the price of the Product that is unavailable.
  • While we make every effort to ensure dishes are free of cross-contamination, our kitchen is not allergen free.
  • If a polystyrene box with icepacks is left at your premises, it needs to be returned to The Caterers upon your next delivery. Failure to do so may result in a $5 fee.
  • Cooking instructions are guidelines only. Ovens and microwaves vary; please adjust cooking times accordingly.

 

ORDERS, PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • You are not permitted to purchase any products or Take Home Meals for resale to a third party.
  • Payment for products and Take Home Meals must be made prior to delivery, unless an alternative is arranged with The Caterers.
  • The Caterers do not store or collect payment information. Unless directed to do by the client.
  • The prices quoted on the Site are current, however they may vary from time to time as determined by The Caterers
  • Once Your Order is placed, The Caterers will accept the Order as final and changes or cancellations cannot be made to the Order.
  • Should a Product not be available at the time of placing Your Order, The Caterers reserve the right to contact You and advise You of Your options
  • The Caterers may at its absolute discretion, replace any Product with a similar alternative.

 

REFUNDS POLICY

  • If you would like a refund, you can make a request by email to thecatererorders@internode.on.net stating the reason you are seeking a refund. The Caterers will consider the request and will notify you of the outcome within 14 days. If your refund is approved, The Caterers will refund the money using the same method used by you to make the purchase.
  • Refunds will not be provided for if you enter an address incorrectly.

 

Disclaimer

 (a) The Caterers do not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages and consequential losses associated with damage to Products occurring during or after delivery; and

(b) The Caterers do not take responsibility for direct or indirect damages and consequential losses suffered by use of fraudulent or unauthorised credit cards.
